We are flexible in adapting to many types of contract arrangements (time and materials, lump sum, cost plus fee, etc.). However, due to our sustained relationships and trust built over time, 75% of our work is performed on a time and materials basis.
We understand the importance of supplying you with accurate milestones and delivery dates to allow for your own planning requirements. Our supervisors and project managers assist clients in constructability reviews, project estimates, and outage planning.

All field employees are thoroughly trained on safety policies, site rules, and regulations.
We employ the most experienced field superintendents in the business. We execute demanding, short-duration outages, on time, and on budget.
We help you identify potential problem areas that might impact schedule and budget. We are flexible in terms of coordinating, staging, and managing the use of equipment, tools, and materials. We self-perform piping, mechanical, and boilermaking work, which helps us better manage and control our performance.
