Quality is the way our teams think, plan, and execute every task. This level of control and experience reduces rework, delays, and costly errors.

At RMR, quality is defined by:

  • Experienced field leadership guiding every phase of work
  • Detailed planning and constructability review before execution
  • Skilled craft labor performing critical work, not outsourced
  • Consistent adherence to ASME and NBIC standards
  • Real-time problem solving in the field

We are authorized to:

  • Perform repair of boilers and pressure vessels (NBIC “R” Stamp)
  • Manufacture pressure vessels (ASME “U” Stamp)
  • Manufacture and assemble power boilers (ASME “S” Stamp)
  • Register boilers and pressure vessels with the National Board “NB”

Quality is a Continuous Process

In high-risk industrial environments, quality means getting it right the first time. It means understanding the system, anticipating challenges, and executing with precision under pressure.

In addition, all of our QA/QC team members and field superintendents have a welding background. A database of welder Certification is maintained at our Georgia office. Welder testing is performed on the job site with a qualified QC inspector present, as required.
